Solamente se podrán importar los medicamentos y demás productos sometidos a control sanitario incluidos en el presente Decreto, que tengan registro sanitario.

Parágrafo

Requerirán visto bueno previo del Ministerio de Salud para su importación las materias primas utilizadas por la industria farmacéutica que se determinen mediante resolución. Sección 6 DE LAS EXPORTACIONES
