Vigencia de reservas. La vigencia de las reservas del por contratos y pedidos con cargo al presupuesto del Fondo de Inmuebles Nacionales, se limitara al periodo fiscal en el que se constituyan, pero el saldo no utilizado deberá ser incorporado en el presupuesto del año siguiente con la misma destinación, salvo que se establezca que no hay compromiso existente.
