Los Patronatos tomarán, de acuerdo con las resoluciones que sobre el particular se dicten, todas las medidas tendientes a establecer una vinculación estrecha entre la familia y la escuela, con el fin de que los padres de familia actúen con la conciencia de su responsabilidad moral y material respecto de sus familiares educados por el Estado.
