Art. 332. El mismo procedimiento que para la provisión de capellanías laicas se a de seguir, se observara cuando se demande la declaratoria de que a uno le corresponde el derecho de disfrutar de ciertos bienes o derechos en virtud de la cláusula de testamento o de contrato que llama a personas indeterminadas; salvo siempre las capellanías colativas y beneficios eclesiásticos, que correspondan a la jurisdicción eclesiástica con arreglo a lo establecido anteriormente.
