º. Transitorio. Las reglas contenidas en el presente decreto sólo se aplicarán a las acciones de tutela que se presenten con posterioridad a su entrada en vigencia. Las acciones presentadas con anterioridad a esta fecha serán resueltas por el juez competente al momento de su presentación, así como la impugnación de sus fallos.
