Artículo primero. El impuesto al consumo de cervezas de producción nacional, cuyo gravamen es del 48% está integrado así: Un 40% que corresponde a los Departamentos, Intendencias y Comisarías y al Distrito Especial de Bogotá, y un 80% destinado exclusivamente a Salud, cuyo pago se hará directamente a los Servicios Seccionales de Salud existentes en el país, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 7° del Decreto 1499 de 1966.
