Si no se solicita oportunamente la intervención de la Inspección Nacional de bananos, se entenderá definitivamente rechazada la fruta de que se trata, a menos que el comprador haya puesto obstáculos para dar el aviso correspondiente a la Inspección Nacional, caso en el cual ésta deberá declarar recibida la fruta que motivó la diferencia.
