° El Gobierno Nacional podrá autorizar a la Corporación de Defensa de Productos Agrícolas para importar cualquiera de los productos agrícolas mencionados en el presente Decreto, cuando haya una manifiesta escasez de cualquiera de ellos, y únicamente con el objeto de abastecer debidamente el mercado nacional.
