"Art. 2.° Créase para cada una de estas Aduanillas un Recaudador, á quien se dará posesión en el Ministerio de Hacienda tan pronto como se huya aprobado en el mismo Ministerio la fianza hipotecaria, ó premiaría con que debe asegurar el manejo de los fondos que recaude, y cuya cuantía será de mil pesos ($1,000). el documento respectivo se registrará á costa del nombrado en la Oficina del Circulo correspondiente.
