El pago de las multas de que se trata se hará en estampillas de timbre. Tratándose de la que fuere impuesta a quien presentó el documento o persona interesada en su validez, se procederá como lo dice el artículo 9° del Decreto, y si de las que fueren impuestas a empleados públicos o particulares, se adherirán y anularán las estampillas al pie de la resolución del Recaudador.
