Si el juicio tiene dos instancias, el acto que admite la demanda se dicta por el sustanciador, se ejecutoria al día siguiente de su notificación y no es susceptible de recurso alguno.
El que deniega la admisión se pronuncia por el Tribunal y es apelable ante el Consejo de Estado dentro del tercer día siguiente a su notificación.
