Retrato hablado. Cuando haya de hacerse el retrato hablado de un procesado, el perito observará el procedimiento de descripción sistemática que comprenda la posición del sujeto, la frente, la nariz, la oreja, la boca y la barbilla o mentón, o cualquier otro procedimiento utilizado en los servicios de identificación y en los laboratorios forenses. El retrato así obtenido se agregará al expediente.
