Por el tiempo que dure la ausencia del titular y teniendo en cuenta que el Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores se encuentra fuera del país hasta el día 31 de enero, el Ministro de Justicia y del Derecho, doctor Rómulo González Trujillo, será el Ministro Delegatario hasta el regreso del doctor Guillermo Fernández de Soto, quien asumirá las funciones de Delegatario hasta el regreso del señor Presidente
