º. Fines del Sistema Nacional de Bienestar Familiar. Son fines del Sistema Nacional de Bienestar Familiar los señalados en las disposiciones legales. En todo caso, de conformidad con el artículo 122 del decreto 1471 de 1990, para los fines del Sistema de Bienestar Familiar deberán concurrir armónica y racionalmente las entidades públicas y privadas de acuerdo con su competencia. El Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar coordinará la integración funcional de dichas entidades.
