° Suprímese el cargo de Ingeniero Administrador de las obras del Colegio Universitario del Socorro y del Hotel de Turismo de Aguablanca, creado por Decreto número 1316 de 1944, y créase en cambio el de Ingeniero Administrador para la primera de estas obras, con asignación mensual de $ 350. Esta disposición tendrá efecto a partir del 1° de septiembre próximo.
