Definición. Son Desarrolladores y Usuarios de Zona Franca las personas jurídicas nacionales Q extranjera, legalmente establecidas en Colombia, que de acuerdo con los requisitos y condiciones establecidos en los artículos siguientes, adquieran tal calidad. Los Desarrolladores y Usuarios podrán llevar a cabo únicamente las actividades que para cada clase autoriza el presente decreto.
