Prohibición para los miembros del cuerpo de custodia y vigilancia. Prohíbese a los miembros del cuerpo de custodia y vigilancia de cualquier establecimiento de reclusión el ingreso, el porte y el consumo de estupefacientes y sustancias psicotrópicas, con base en lo previsto en el literal c) del artículo 45 de la Ley 65 de 1993, "por la cual se expide el Código Penitenciario y Carcelario".

El incumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el inciso anterior acarreará la destitución del funcionario, sin perjuicio de las sanciones penales a que haya lugar.
