Son funciones de la Sección de Vías y Transporte

a)

Elaborar estudios, diseñar proyectos y definir especificaciones técnicas de obras de infraestructura;

b)

Efectuar inventarios y presupuestos de inversión de las obras de infraestructura que se vayan a ejecutar en las Intendencias y Comisarías y evaluar su ejecución;

c)

Realizar las interventorías que le fueren encomendadas;

d)

Prestar asistencia técnica a las entidades que adelanten obras de infraestructura en el área de competencia del Departamento Administrativo de Intendencias y Comisarías;

e)

Las demás que le sean asignadas por las disposiciones legales y reglamentarias vigentes.
