De las Sanciones. El incumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el Plan de Ordenación y Manejo de la Cuenca Hidrográfica, en los Planes de Manejo Ambiental de las Microcuencas y en los Planes de Manejo Ambiental de Acuíferos, acarreará para los infractores, la imposición de las medidas preventivas y/o sancionatorias a que haya lugar de conformidad a lo establecido en el artículo 5º de la Ley 1333 de 2009 o la norma que lo modifique o sustituya.
