º. Una vez presentada la documentación en debida forma, el Ministerio de Comunicaciones procederá a conferir la autorización mediante resolución motivada dentro de los términos previstos en el Código Contencioso Administrativo.

Parágrafo

Cualquier modificación sobre el contenido de la autorización conferida, requerirá del concepto favorable del Ministerio de Comunicaciones.
