Dirección técnica y actividad de comercialización. Los establecimientos farmacéuticos minoristas y mayoristas en los cuales no se elaboren, procesen o transformen medicamentos, la dirección técnica y actividad comercial, deberá estar a cargo de un químico farmacéutico o un regente de farmacia u otro personal habilitado conforme a los requisitos que determine el Ministerio de Salud, no requerirá título profesional específico, sin perjuicio de la capacitación e idoneidad que el desempeño del oficio en general requiere.
