Las corporaciones privadas de ahorro y las asociaciones mutualistas de ahorro y préstamo, están autorizadas para efectuar préstamos de valor constante para construcciones urbanas y para la compra de edificaciones nuevas o ya existentes. Igualmente estas entidades podrán conceder préstamos para la ejecución de proyectos de renovación urbana, incluidas las adquisiciones de los inmuebles necesarios.
