En la forma prevista en el artículo 310 del Código de Régimen Político y Municipal, la Superintendencia de Sociedades Anónimas podrá imponer multas sucesivas hasta de cinco mil pesos ($ 5.000.00), a quienes desobedezcan sus decisiones o violen las normas legales o estatutarias de dichas sociedades. Las resoluciones que dicte el Superintendente conforme a este artículo, serán acusables ante el Consejo de Estado.
