ARTICULO 6 º. A partir de la vigencia del presente decreto los funcionarios designados en empleos correspondientes al Area Técnico-Científica, podrán solicitar su primera evaluación hasta el 30 de mayo, y la segunda, hasta el 30 de noviembre de cada año. El Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario dentro del mes siguiente, efectuará dichas evaluaciones las que tendrán efectos fiscales a partir del 1º de julio de cada año y del 1º de enero del año siguiente, respectivamente. En todo caso tales evaluaciones no tendrán efectos fiscales retroactivos.
