Registro de empleadores y contratantes . Los empleadores que tengan a su servicio trabajadores que devenguen ingresos mensuales inferiores a un (1) Salario Mínimo Legal Mensual Vigente, al momento de realizar el primer aporte al Piso de Protección Social, deberán registrarse ante la administradora de BEPS, a través de los mecanismos electrónicos o físicos que esta disponga para tal efecto. De la misma manera, quienes contraten personas bajo la modalidad de prestación de servicios por ingresos mensuales inferiores a un (1) Salario Mínimo Legal Mensual Vigente, al momento de realizar el primer aporte al Piso de Protección Social, deberán registrarse ante la administradora de BEPS, a través de los mecanismos electrónicos o físicos que esta disponga para tal efecto.
