Articulo 3° El artículo 60 del Decreto 1663 de 1979, quedará así: "Cuando por razones procesales hay lugar a cambio de funcionario instructor o de conocimiento y existan armas de fuego secuestradas bajo control y custodia de las autoridades militares o de la Policía Nacional, tanto el que remite él expediente como quién lo recibe, informarán de tal hecho a las citadas autoridades para las anotaciones Correspondientes".
