° Las direcciones de educación repartirán el material que se les envíe entre las escuelas primarias oficiales de su respectiva jurisdicción, proporcionalmente también al número de educandos matriculados en cada una de ellas y de acuerdo con el cálculo que fijará el Ministerio en el reglamento respectivo.
