Actos del Gerente General. Los actos y decisiones del Gerente General cumplidos en ejercicio de las funciones administrativas a él asignadas por la Ley, el presente estatuto o Acuerdos de la Junta Directiva, se denominarán Resoluciones, las cuales se numerarán sucesivamente con indicación del día, mes y año en que se expidan y su custodia y conservación estarán a cargo del Secretario General o quien haga sus veces.
