Levantamiento de la medida de suspensión de giros . La medida de suspensión de giros, se levantará cuando la entidad beneficiaria haya superado la situación de inadecuada, ineficiente, ineficaz o ilegal administración y ejecución de los proyectos financiados con recursos del Sistema General de Regalías, verificados por el Departamento Nacional de Planeación. La forma en que se entienden superadas las situaciones de inadecuada, ineficiente, ineficaz o ilegal administración y ejecución de los proyectos financiados con recursos del Sistema General de regalías, será reglamentada por el Gobierno Nacional.
