Pruebas previas al sorteo. Previamente y en presencia de las personas que deben asistir al sorteo, se realizará un número aleatorio de sorteos de prueba, no menor de 5 ni mayor de 10, el cual se calculará mediante alguna rutina de software, lo anterior para determinar que el sistema y los elementos de sorteo estén exentos de fraudes, vicios o intervenciones tendientes a alterar la probabilidad de acertar o de sustraerla del azar. Si se observa tendencia hacia un resultado determinado se realizarán los cambios requeridos. Los resultados de estas pruebas serán registrados en el acta del sorteo. (Art. 25 Decreto 3034 de 2013)
