º La Junta de Calidad Cinematográfica podrá conceptuar sobre la calidad de cortometrajes producidos en formato de dieciséis (16) milímetros, de conformidad con la reglamentación que establezca el Ministerio de Comunicaciones. Sin embargo, de acuerdo con lo establecido por el artículo 6º de la Ley 9º de 1942, para obtener la aprobación de la Junta la empresa productora deberá presentar copia definitiva en formato de 35 mm.
