Los contratos a que se refieren los artículos 1º. y 25, deberán constar por escrito y autenticarse ante el Juez o el Alcalde. En caso de no cumplirse estas formalidades, tales actos se entenderán celebrados de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en la presente Ley.
