Concepto previo . Para el nombramiento de notarios en interinidad, el nominador deberá contar con el concepto previo de la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro sobre las notarías respecto de las cuales es viable efectuar designaciones con ese carácter, en el correspondiente departamento o a nivel nacional, según el caso.
