º. Naturaleza. La Contraloría General de la República es un órgano de control del Estado de carácter técnico, con autonomía administrativa y presupuestal para administrar sus asuntos en los términos y en las condiciones establecidas en la Constitución y en las leyes. La Contraloría General de la República no tendrá funciones administrativas distintas de las inherentes a su propia organización.
