Modifíquese el inciso 2 del artículo 2.31.1.1.3. del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: “Las compañías o cooperativas de seguros que tengan como objeto exclusivo el ofrecimiento del ramo de seguro de crédito a la exportación, deberán acreditar como capital mínimo la suma equivalente a trescientos ochenta y seis mil seiscientos noventa y seis coma catorce (386.696,14) unidades de valor tributario (UVT).”
