La Administración de Hacienda Nacional de Cundinamarca, Oficina encargada, en el Municipio de Bogotá, de la recaudación de los impuestos sobre la renta y de consumo, entregara directamente y por mensualidades vencidas, a la Junta de Saneamiento creada por la Ley 56 de 1919 , los porcentajes que de dichas rentas fueron asignados por la misma Ley para el saneamiento de la capital de la Republica.
