Prácticas comerciales desleales . Las normas de este Decreto se aplicarán sin perjuicio de lo previsto en el Decreto 299 de 1995, o de las normas que lo adicionen o sustituyan y de la facultad de la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales para liquidar y cobrar las cuentas adicionales previstas en la legislación aduanera vigente.
