No es permitido poner en una marca la indicación de estar registrada no estándolo. La contravención a este Artículo se castigara con multa a favor del Tesoro Nacional, de cincuenta pesos ($ 50); en caso de reincidencia, las multas se irán duplicando por cada infracción. Corresponderá el cumplimiento de esta disposición a la primera autoridad municipal del lugar en que se denuncie el hecho, previa información en el Ministerio del ramo.
