Para demandar cualquiera de las prestaciones de que trata el presente Decreto, con excepción de las establecidas en el artículo 52, los actores deben presentar, además de la hoja de servicios aprobada por el Ministerio de Guerra, los documentos que el Gobierno determine. Para recibir el sueldo o asignación de que trata el artículo 52 el Ministerio de Guerra dictará la reglamentación respectiva.
