Del objeto del proceso de selección . El proceso de selección tiene por objeto

a)

Garantizar al Sistema la mejor calidad del personal;

b)

Promover la política de ingreso y ascenso por mérito;

c)

Ofrecer igualdad de oportunidades a los ciudadanos para ingresar al servicio del Sistema,
