° Autorizase al Gobierno para apropiar las partidas necesarias con el fin de dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, y para hacer los traslados respectivos dentro de la Ley de Apropiaciones de la próxima vigencia o para abrir los créditos adicionales correspondientes a la misma Ley.
