TRANSITORIOS

I. Los Ministerios y Jefes de Departamento Administrativo, continuará haciendo sus compras en la forma actual para el funcionamiento de las oficinas de su cargo, mientras se organizan el Departamento de Provisiones,

II. La Ley de Apropiación n fijará el número y los sueldos de los funcionarios y empleados del Departamento de Provisiones.
