De la escogencia de los trabajadores . Los trabajadores de la obra serán escogidos por el contratista. La designación de personal directivo y especializado requerirá aprobación de la entidad contratante; ésta, por razones de orden técnico y administrativo, podrá exigir el retiro de cualquier trabajador.
