Revisor Fiscal. El Revisor Fiscal y su suplente serán elegidos por la Asamblea General de Accionistas para períodos de un año, y podrán ser reelegidos indefinidamente. El Revisor Fiscal ejercerá las funciones y tendrá las obligaciones que le señalan la ley, el Estatuto orgánico del Sistema Financiero. las normas prácticas de la profesión de contador público, las circulares y reglamentos de la Superintendencia Bancaria, la Superintendencia de Valores y las demás autoridades y las que especialmente le señale la Asamblea General de Accionistas.
