Art. 7.° El Poder Ejecutivo dividirá en dos secciones el Resguardo de la Aduana de Barranquilla, las cuales tendrán su respectivo Comandante i el número de Cabos que aquél determine.Una seccion funcionará en el puerto de Salgar, en el tránsito de este puerto a las Bocas de Ceniza i en el trayecto del ferrocarril La otra sección funcionará en Barranquilla i en el trayecto de este puerto a las Bocas de Ceniza.
