Transitorio. Continuidad de los órganos de dirección. Mientras el Presidente de la República y la Asamblea General de Accionistas de Ecopetrol S. A. efectúan la designación de miembros de la Junta Directiva en la forma establecida en el presente decreto, continuarán ejerciendo las respectivas funciones los actuales miembros de la Junta Directiva de la Empresa Colombianade Petróleos - Empresa Industrial y Comercial del Estado. De igual manera, el Presidente de la Empresa Colombiana de Petróleos - Empresa Industrial y Comercial del Estado, continuará en ejercicio de sus funciones como Presidente de Ecopetrol S. A. hasta tanto la Junta Directiva efectúe la respectiva designación.
