En el marco de las labores de seguimiento del SSEC se utilizarán los siguientes instrumentos, conforme con los lineamientos establecidos por el DNP: Herramientas tecnológicas para la captura de información de los proyectos de inversión financiados con recursos del SGR. Sistema de alertas preventivas. Medición del desempeño. Visitas de verificación de avances y resultados. Pruebas técnicas o conceptos de expertos. Asistencia técnica integral. Herramientas e instrumentos de participación ciudadana para el control social. Las demás que se determinen.
