Fianza por manejo de fondos fiscales . Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional, que por razón de las funciones que les sean encomendadas deben constituir fianza, tendrán derecho a que el Tesoro Público les reconozca el valor de la prima que por la garantía correspondiente cobre la entidad aseguradora.
