Modificase el artículo 2º del Decreto primero 0773 de 1959, en el sentido de que los.cargos de Contador I (General), grado 7, Cajero IV (Pagador), grado 8, y Almacenista III (General), grado 7, creados en dicho artículo para atender los trabajos de construcción del sector San Martin-San Vicente del Caguán, que forma parte de la Carretera Troncal Oriental, así como de las vías de penetración de los Llanos Orientales, quedan clasificados como Contador II (General), grado 9; Cajero V (Pagador), grado 10, y Almacenista IV (General), grado 9.
