Las Sociedades Anónimas existentes con anterioridad a esta Ley tiene un plazo de un año partir de la posesión del Superintendente para solicitar de éste el permiso de continuar ejerciendo su objeto social. Para obtener tal permiso deberán probar que han cumplido todas las formalidades legales para su constitución, que está pagado el porcentaje del capital suscrito fijado por la Ley y que sus estatutos y contabilidad se conforman a lo prescrito por las leyes.
